The Pro Bowl selections were announced yesterday and the New England Patriots were fortunate enough to get 4 players on the team. This year’s Pro Bowlers for the Patriots are Tom Brady, Logan Mankins, Vince Wilfork, and Wes Welker. When I first saw the list, my first reaction was… “No Randy Moss?” It wasn’t an error either. The AFC decided to take four wide receivers this year: Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Brandon Marshall, and Welker. Moss failed to make the cut. This morning’s coffee talk gives all of the links around the league that comment on the Pro Bowl… Patriots style.

The Boston Globe discusses the Pro Bowlers and makes comparisons between Logan Mankins and the last Pro Bowl guard from New England.
Blauhg has a comment from Vince Wilfork. He doesn’t want to play in the Pro Bowl, but it’s cool. He’s got a good reason.
NESN.com adds to the mix by noting a special mark for Wes Welker. This is his third straight season with 100+ catches putting him in pretty elite company.
