As you will read in the other headlines, it’s obvious the Patriots aren’t saying much on the matter now, but it doesn’t mean we can’t count him out for a return as an Offensive Coordinator. Hey, you know, I hear Romeo Crennel is available, too. Think that one over while you sip your coffee. When you come to a decision, vote in the poll on the right!
The Patriots and Bill Belichick have not expressed any interest hiring Charlie Weis at the moment. Expect this story to have legs as long as Weis is out on the job market.
Speaking of coaches, Dean Pees doesn’t want to hear excuses for the abysmal showing on Monday Night Football. Less excuses, more execution. This week, I expect to see the Patriots figure out how to wrap up a tackle.
